黄芪多糖对2型糖尿病患者外周血内皮祖细胞数量和功能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究黄芪多糖(APS)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者外周血内皮祖细胞(cEPCs)数量及功能的影响。方法选择广州市从化区中医医院2013年10月-2014年5月间住院治疗的确诊为T2DM的患者69例,分为APS治疗组(36例)和常规治疗组(33例)。APS治疗组在降糖治疗的基础上增加APS治疗2周,常规治疗组仅给予常规西药降糖治疗。观察T2DM患者治疗前后cEPCs的数量及功能变化。结果 APS治疗组中T2DM患者治疗后cEPCs数量显著增加,与治疗前及常规治疗组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);同时APS治疗组中T2DM患者治疗后cEPCs黏附功能、迁移功能、增殖功能显著改善,与治疗前及常规治疗组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论 APS治疗可增加T2DM患者cEPCs的数量且伴随着cEPCs功能的改善。 Objective To investigate the effects of astragalus polysaccharides(APS) on the number and functions of peripheral circulating endothelial progenitor cells(cEPCs) in patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM). Methods 69 hospitalized patients diagnosed with T2DM were included in Conghua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangzhou City from October 2013 to May 2014. Those patients were randomly divided into APS group(36 cases) and routine treatment group(33 cases). APS group received APS treatment for 2 week on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic therapy, and the routine treatment group only received conventional hypoglycemic therapy. The number and function of c EPCs in T2DM patients were detected before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the number of cEPCs in patients with T2DM of APS group significantly increased, compared with before treatment and after treatment of routine treatment group, the differences were significant(P〈0.05). At the same time, the cEPCs' function of adhesion, migration, proliferation in patients with T2DM of APS group were significantly improved, compared with before treatment and after treatment of routine treatment group, the differences were significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The APS treatment can increase the number of cEPCs in patients with T2DM, accompanied by cEPCs' functions improved.
