临床药师会诊参与肠外营养支持治疗的工作成效

Effectiveness of the work involved in clinical pharmacist consultation par-enteral nutrition therapy

目的临床药师以会诊方式参与全肠外营养（TPN）支持治疗,探讨其在营养支持中的作用。方法抽取广西医科大学第一附属医院（以下简称＂我院＂）2013年6月-2014年6月临床药师会诊并参与制订的284张（255例）TPN处方,对处方中用药选择、能量供给、配比以及稳定性等影响因素进行统计分析。结果我院临床药师参与设计的284张TPN处方药物选择合理、能量供给适宜、热氮比、糖脂比比例合适、电解质浓度无一例超标;用药过程中无一例发生严重不良反应。结论临床药师以会诊的方式参与制订个体化的肠外营养处方,可保证组方的合理性、稳定性、用药安全性及有效性。

Objective Clinical pharmacists participate in consultation total parenteral nutrition（TPN） support treatment,to investigate its role in the nutritional support. Methods 284（255 cases） TPN prescriptions consulted and formulated by the clinical pharmacists from June 2013 to June 2014 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University（＂our hospital＂ for short） were selected, the factors on species of TPN, Energy supply, prescription proportion and stability were analyzed. Results The design of 284 TPN prescriptions in our hospital was basically rational, appropriateness of species and energy, appropriateness of the ratios of non-protein calories to nitrogen and carbonydrates to lipids,standard of electrolyte concentration, no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Clinical pharmacist consultation to develop individualized parenteral nutrition prescription can ensure rationality and stability prescriptions, safety and efficacy of drug use.
