摘要
混合真菌感染的创伤性骨髓炎在临床中较为少见,这类感染治疗通常较为困难。本文详细叙述了笔者对1例外伤后近平滑念珠菌合并微球菌、纹带/无枝菌酸棒杆菌感染患者的临床药学监护全过程:在手术清创治疗的基础上,根据该患者情况及药敏结果,甄别真正的感染菌,及时调整抗感染治疗方案,配合中医中药治疗,并监测药物的不良反应,使得临床药学服务在提高医疗治疗水平和促进合理用药中发挥重要的作用。
Mixed fungal infections of clinical traumatic osteomyelitis are rare. These infections are usually difficult to treat. This paper details one case of traumatic osteomyelitis coinfection with Candida parapsilosis, Micrococcus and Striatum/Corynebacterium amycolatum in the whole process in clinical pharmaceutical care. Based on surgical debridement, according to the condition of the patient and the analysis of drug susceptibility, the real pathogens was distinguished, the treatment programs was adjusted timely, the patient was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, and adverse reactions of drugs were monitored, the clinical pharmaceutical care plays an important role in improving medical treatment and promoting rational drug use.
