微创穴位埋线疗法治疗顽固性面瘫临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Embedding Therapy Treatment of Intractable Facial Paralysis

目的:观察微创穴位埋线疗法治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将139例顽固性面瘫患者随机分为两组。分别采用微创穴位埋线及普通电针疗法治疗。结果:第一疗程后,微创穴位埋线疗法组治愈率41.4%,高于电针组29.0%,χ2=6.07,P<0.05有显著差异性。第二疗程后,两组治愈率均有提高,埋线组治愈率上升幅度38.6%,明显高于电针组,χ2=39.90,P<0.005,差异有显著性意义。结论:微创穴位埋线疗法治疗顽固性面瘫有助于面神经功能的恢复,能明显提高疗效,缩短疗程。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive intractable catgut embedding therapy for facial paralysis. Methods： 139 cases of intractable facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups. Catgut implantation was used by minimally invasive way and general acupuncture therapy was also used. Results ： After the first course of treatment, minimally invasive embedding therapy＇s cure rate 41.4% was higher than the EA group＇s 29.0%,χ^ 2=6-07, P〈0.05. After the second course of treatment, both groups had improved cure rates. The embedding cure rate increaesd 38.6%, significantly higher than the EA group＇s, χ^2=39-90, P〈0.005 and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion ： Minimally invasive treatment of intractable catgut embedding therapy helps restore facial paralysis of facial nerve function and can significantly improve the efficacy as well as shorten the course of treatment.
