摘要
目的:观察和探讨不同煎煮方法对血府逐瘀汤浸出物和主成分的影响,针对固方汤剂多科室普及应用,扩大医院制剂发展提供新的思路和方法。方法:入选于本院就诊的冠心病心绞痛患者70例,下肢静脉血栓40例,慢性肾功能不全30例,将入选患者随机分为观察组和对照组,采用双盲原则进行试验研究,治疗组给予固方血府逐瘀汤治疗,对照组给予阳性对照药物干预,对两组患者治疗前后疗效性进行对比研究。结果:传统煎煮对比煎药机煎煮总浸出物含量明显较高,差异显著,P<0.05;煎药机煎煮羟基红花黄色素A、芍药苷和柚皮苷含量均较传统煎煮有所提高,差异显著,P<0.05;在多科室应用血府逐瘀汤进行异病同治原则下的辨证治疗,研究结果显示,冠心病心绞痛总有效率高达92.1%,下肢静脉血栓总有效率高达93.2%,慢性肾功能不全总有效率高达89.7%,组间差异均具有显著性,P<0.05。结论:煎药机煎煮法浸出物含量较高,具有一定优势,将血府逐瘀汤进行多科室普及应用具有积极意义。
Objective : To study and investigate the influence of different decocting methods in extractand principal components of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and the popularized applications of multi departments. T0 provide new ideas and methods to expand the development of hospital preparations. Methods : 70 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,40 patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis, 30 patients with chronic renal insufficiency in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group randomly. We did the experiment in double-blind principle. The treatment group received Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction while the control group received the positive control drug intervention. The curative effects in two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results : Total extracts of traditional decoction were significantly higher than that of decoction machine, P〈0.05. Hydroxysafflor yellow A, paeoniflorin and naringin content of decoction machine was higher than that of the traditional decoction, P〈0.05. Syndrome differentiation and treatment of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in multiple departments was under the principle of treating different diseases with the same method. The total effective rate of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, lower extremity venous thrombosis, chronic renal insufficiency was 92.1%, 93.2%, 89.7% respectively, P〈0.05. Conclusion : Decoction machine has certain advantages with more extract content. Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction has positive significance for popularization and application of multiple departments.
