中医养肤美肤之理论及方法探析

随着生活水平的提高,美容已经甚为流行,养肤美肤已经成为美容的重中之重。笔者根据中医理论提出阴阳学说是养肤的大纲,脏腑气血是养肤的内在本质,而调理体质是美肤的手段。从阴阳理论、脏腑气血理论、调理体质来谈皮肤的养生之道,为皮肤美容养生提供一点理论基础和方法学探知。

With the improvement of living standards, beautifying has been very popular, and keeping skin beautified has become a top priority of beauty. Based on TCM theory, Yin and Yang theory is an outline of the skin protecting. Zang-fu, qi and blood are the intrinsic natures of the skin protecting, and regulateiug constitutions is a means of beautifying skin. From the, theory of Yin and Yang, Zang-fu, and regulating constitution according to the skin, beautify of preserving one＇s heahh provides a theoretical basis and methodology for beautifying skin.
