Clinical Observation of Transverse Process Syndrome of Third Lumbar Vertebra Treated by Needling Regular A-shi Acupoints along Meridian Tendons Combined with Stretch Therapy Through Meridian-Muscle-Lesion Rules

目的:观察针刺规律阿是穴配合拉伸治疗腰三横突综合征临床疗效。方法:选择128例腰三横突综合征患者纳入观察,将其随机分为治疗组(66例)与对照组(62例)。治疗组采用针刺规律阿是穴配合拉伸治疗,对照组采用常规取穴针刺治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.97%,对照组为85.48%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺规律阿是穴配合拉伸治疗腰三横突综合征疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treatment for transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra by needling A-shi acupoints combined with stretch therapy. Methods： 128 patients with transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra were divided into treatment group （ 66 cases ）and control group （ 62 cases ） randomly. The treatment group was treated by needling A-shi acupoints combined with stretch therapy and the control group was treated by simple acupuncture therapy. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group and the control group was 96.97% and 85.48% respectively and the treatment group was better than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Treatment for the transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra by needling regular A-shi acupoints along the meridian tendons combined with stretch therapy had a significant curative effect.
