谈《伤寒论》中“寒热错杂”下利方证辨治

Decoction Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Diarrhea of Mixture of Cold and Heat in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease

下利是临床常见病证,《伤寒论》中论述颇为广泛,拟对《伤寒论》中治疗"寒热错杂"下利的方证,即三泻心汤、黄连汤、柴胡桂枝干姜汤、乌梅丸、干姜黄芩黄连人参汤以及麻黄升麻汤等8个方剂进行详实梳理,以期对临床辨治本病有所裨益。

Diarrhea is a common clinical disorder, which is extensively discussed in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease. In this article, we summarized the formula patterns about diarrhea of mixture of cold and heat in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease, which mainly includes Xiexin Decoction, Huanglian Decoction, Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction, Wumei Decoction, Ganjiang Huangqin Huanglian Renshen Decoction and Mahuang Shengma Decoction and so on. This article will provide an important reference for clinical treatment.
