总结李德新教授对干燥综合征病因病机的认识,辨证论治的经验。干燥综合征是一种以唾液腺和泪腺等外分泌腺病变为主的慢性炎症性自身免疫系统疾病,其表征主要是侵犯泪腺和唾液腺。中医药对该病的治疗独具特色,且收到较好的疗效。李德新教授立足于中医药范畴研究干燥综合征多年,造诣颇深,其诊治该病的经验具有极其总结和推广的实际意义。

Professor LI Dexin＇s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of Sjogren＇s syndrome and dialectical treatment experience were summarized. Sjogren＇s syndrome is a kind of chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease, mainly resulting from the problem of salivary glands and/or lacrimal gland. Professor LI Dexin has been treating Sjogren＇s syndrome from the perspective of Chinese medicine for years, achieving satisfying effectiveness. His experience is worth further summarizing and extending.
