Prevention and Nursing of Deep Venous Thrombosis on 116 Aged Femoral Fracture Patients

目的:探讨高龄股骨骨折患者围手术期深静脉血栓的预防及护理措施。方法:回顾性分析我院2010年8月—2013年8月116例高龄股骨骨折患者,对其进行密切观察、积极预防、综合护理,并对12例发生深静脉血栓病人采取适宜的护理措施。结果:通过围手术期加强病情观察、综合护理可及时预防、发现深静脉血栓的形成,并对已形成血栓的患者采取适宜的护理措施,临床症状明显改善。结论:采取积极有效的预防方法和适当的护理措施,可有助治疗效果,减少并发症,促进病人早日康复。

Objective ： To investigate the prevention and nursing measures of deep venous thrombosis on aged femoral fracture patients during perioperative period. Methods： 116 aged femoral fracture patients in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. They were closely observed, actively prevented and comprehensively nursed. And 12 patients who suffered deep venous thrombosis took proper nursing measures. Results ： The formation of deep venous thrombosis can be prevented and discovered timely by means of reinforcing the disease observation and comprehensive nursing during the perioperative period. Clinical symptoms were improved obviously if proper nursing measures were taken on the patients who had thrombosis. Conclusion ： Taking active and efficient prevention methods and proper nursing measures on the aged femoral fracture patients can contribute to treatment effect, reduce complications and promote the patients get well soon.
