随着医院不断发展,医院的特种设备也越来越多,高压锅炉、病床电梯、压力容器、安全阀、中心供氧等都是属于特种设备,这些设备存在极高的风险,一旦发生安全事故,可能会造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失,因此,特种医疗设备的管理已经成为医疗设备全程管理的重要组成部分。2013年6月国家通过《特种设备安全法》,本文从制度、使用、检测、维修维护、档案和培训几方面探讨新法下的特种医疗设备的安全管理。
