摘要
本文以132个工作团队为样本,探讨了知识共享对团队绩效的影响,以及团队成员相互依赖的调节效应。层级回归的结果表明:知识共享对团队绩效有积极的影响;任务相互依赖的调节效应显著,在高任务相互依赖的团队中知识共享对团队绩效的影响更大;结果相互依赖的调节效应不显著,但对团队绩效有显著的积极影响。企业可以通过对团队的改造提高知识共享的功效,改善团队绩效。
This paper is designed to explore the relationship among knowledge sharing, team performance and interdependence by empirical methods. 132 teams take part in this study and the result of hierarchal regression shows that knowledge sharing has positive effect on team performance, and being moderated by task interdependence. In those high task interdependence teams, the effect of knowledge sharing on team performance is stronger. In addition, the moderating effect of outcome interdependence is not supported, whereas the result shows that outcome interdependence has positive effect on team performance. The theoretical and practical implications of this research are discussed at last.
