吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果观察

Effect observation of compound ipratropium bromide solution for inhalation in the treatment of pediatric capillary bronchitis

目的 探讨吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果.方法 将2012年1月～2013年1月汕头澄海区人民医院儿科收治确诊的90例毛支患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,均采用抗病毒、抗炎、抗过敏、吸氧、止咳平喘等治疗,治疗组在上述综合治疗的基础上,吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗,对照组予利巴韦林、氨溴索联合地塞米松雾化吸入,两组用药次数及疗程均相同.比较两组的临床疗效及症状消失时间.结果 治疗组总有效率为97.77％,高于对照组的84.44％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组咳嗽、喘息、哮鸣音、啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 吸入用复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎可缩短疗程,提高治疗效果,且安全性好,值得临床广泛推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of compound ipratropium bromide solution for inhalation in the treatment of capillary bronchitis. Methods 90 children patients with definite diagnosis of capillary bronchitis in our department from January 2012 to January 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group. Therapeutic methods including anti-virus,anti-inflammation,anti-allergy,oxygen inhalation,cough and asthma relieving, etc. were provided to the two groups.Besides,on the basis of comprehensive therapy,aerosol inhalation of compound ipratropium bromide solution was added to the treatment group,aerosol inhalation of ribavirin,ambroxol,and dexametha- sone was added to the control group.The frequency of medication and course of treatment in the two groups were both the same.The clinical efficacy and disappearance time of alleviating cough and asthma,wheezing rale,and rale was ob- served. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.77%,higher than 84.44% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The disappearance time of alleviating cough and asthma,wheezing rale,and rale,and hospital stay of the treatment group was shorter than that in the coontrol group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric capillary bronchitis,aerosol inhalation of compound ipratropium bromide solu- tion has good safety,can shorten course of treatment and improve therapeutic effect,which is worthy of expansion and application in clinic.
