替米沙坦联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压合并糖尿病的效果观察

Effect observation of telmisartan combined with Levamlodipine acid tablets in treatment of hypertension and diabetes

目的探讨替米沙坦联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者的效果及安全性。方法选取高血压2、3级合并糖尿病患者180例,随机分为A、B、C组各60例,A组给予替米沙坦+苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,B组给予替米沙坦治疗,C组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,降压治疗8周,观察3组的疗效和安全性。结果 A、B、C组完成8周治疗的患者分别为56、58、59例,收缩压和舒张压均显著下降,血压达标率分别为85.7%、53.4%、49.2%,A组的血压达标率显著高于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而B组和C组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组不良反应发生率分别为7.1%、8.6%、10.2%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替米沙坦+苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合治疗高血压并糖尿病,降压疗效优于单用替米沙坦或苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平,替米沙坦的疗效和苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平的疗效相当,安全性良好。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of telmisartan combined with Levamlodipine acid tablets in the treatment of hypertension and diabetes. Methods 180 patients with grade 2 or 3 hypertension and diabetes were en- rolled in this study.All the patients were randomly divided into group A,B and C,with 60 cases in each group,group A were treated with telmisartan and Levamlodipine acid tablets,group B were treated with telmisartan,group C were treat- ed with Levamlodipine acid tablets.The efficacy and safety were observed after 8 weeks. Results After 8 weeks,SBP and DBP were both decreased in the three groups,and the percentage of blood control was 85.7%,53.4% and 49.2% re- spectively in group A,B and C,group A was higher than that of group B and C,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Adverse events rate was 7.1%,8.6% and 10.2% respectively in group A,B and C,the difference was not significant （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The combination therapy with telmisartan and levamlodipine besylate is more effective and safety than telmisartan or Levamlodipine acid tablets on patients with hypertension and diabetes.
