中医特色疗法及康复训练在颈椎病中的应用效果

Application effect of the characteristics therapy of traditional chinese medicine and rehabilitation training in cervical spondylosis

目的 探讨中医特色疗法及康复训练在颈椎病中的临床应用效果.方法 选取2013年1月～2014年1月本院收治的146例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,各73例.对照组采用常规牵引联合西药治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予中医特色治疗方案及康复训练.比较两组的总有效率.结果 实验组的总有效率为90.41％,显著高于对照组的79.46％,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 中医特色疗法联合康复训练治疗颈椎病效果显著,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore clinical application effect of the characteristics therapy of traditional chinese medicine and rehabilitation training in cervical spondylosis. Methods 146 cases with cervical spondylosis from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,73 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional traction combined with western medicine therapy,the experimental group was given characteristics of traditional chinese medicine treatment and rehabilitation training on the base of the control group.The total effective rate of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.41%,which was significantly higher than 79.46% of the control group,with signif- icant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of characteristics therapy of traditional chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cervical spondylosis is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
