珍黄丸联合湿润烧伤膏纱条鼻腔填塞治疗鼻出血的效果观察

Effect observation of nasal packing with Zhenhuang pill and Shirun Shaoshang ointment gauze in the treatment of epistaxis

目的探讨珍黄丸联合湿润烧伤膏纱条鼻腔填塞治疗鼻出血的效果。方法选取108例鼻出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用珍黄丸联合湿润烧伤膏纱条鼻腔填塞治疗,对照组采用凡士林纱条鼻腔填塞治疗,比较两组的并发症发生情况和治疗效果。结果试验组并发症发生情况显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组的总有效率为98.18%,显著高于对照组的83.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论珍黄丸联合湿润烧伤膏纱条鼻腔填塞治疗鼻出血效果显著、安全、简便,不良反应少,减轻了患者的痛苦,是理想的鼻腔止血材料,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of nasal packing with Zhenhuang pill and Shirun Shaoshang ointment gauze in the treatment of epistaxis. Methods 108 cases with epistaxis were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with nasal packing of Zhenhuang pill and Shirun Shaoshang ointment gauze.The control group was treated with nasal packing of Vaseline gauze.Complications and treat- ment effect of two groups was compared reapeftively. Results The complications of the experimental group was signifi- cantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical~ difference（P〈0.01）. The total effective rate in the experimental group was 98.18%,which was significantly higher than 83.02% in the control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The effect of nasal packing with Zhenhuang pill and Shirun Shaoshang ointment gauze in the treatment of epistaxis is remarkable,safe,simple and convenient,and adverse reaction is less,which can reduce the pain of patients and is an ideal material for nasal bleeding,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
