武汉市洪山区外来务工人员艾滋病防治知识知晓、高危性行为态度和发生的调查研究

Investigation and study on knowledge of AIDS prevention,attitude and incidence of high-risk sexual behavior among migrant workers in Hongshan district of Wuhan city

目的调查和研究武汉市洪山区外来务工人员艾滋病防治知识知晓、高危性行为态度和发生的情况。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对752例外来务工人员艾滋病防治相关知识知晓情况、对高危性行为的相关态度、高危性行为的发生情况进行调查研究。结果武汉市洪山区外来务工人员对正确途径传播的知晓率均≤80%,对非正确传播途径的知效率均<70%,其中仅31.91%的外来务工人员认为蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病,对我国艾滋病免费政策知晓率均<50%,仅57.45%认为每次性交都使用安全套可预防艾滋病。虽然对婚外性行为、多性伴、一夜情、商业性行为等高危性行为持反对态度,但是对婚前性行为仅39.76%表示反对,且婚前性行为发生率达21.54%。结论武汉市洪山区外来务工人员艾滋病防治知识知晓率较低,存在高危性行为,应加强艾滋病相关防治知识的宣传教育工作。

Objective To investigate and study knowledge of AIDS prevention,attitude and incidence of high-risk sexu- al behavior among migrant workers in Hongshan district of Wuhan city. Methods Self-designed questionnaire inquiry was conducted among 752 migrant workers to investigate their knowledge of AIDS prevention,attitudes and incidence of high-risk sexual behavior. Results The average awareness rate of AIDS common spreading was lower than 80%,and av- erage awareness rate of AIDS uncommon spreading was lower than 70%,with 31.91% holding the belief that AIDS didn＇t spread through mosquito bites.The average awareness rate of AIDS free treatment policy was lower than 50%,only 57.45% believed using condom in each sexual activity could prevent AIDS.Although generally in opposition to extra- marital sexual behavior, multiple sexual partners,one night stands,commercial sex and other high-risk sexual behavior, only 39.76% of the group opposed premarital sex,and the rate of premarital sexual behavior reached 21.54%. Conclu- sion There is a low awareness rate of AIDS prevention and a high rate of high-risk sexual behavior among migrant workers in Hongshan district of Wuhan city,should strengthen propaganda and education work of AIDS related knowl- edge on prevention and control.
