窦房结细胞钾离子通道结构及电生理研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 窦房结是心脏活动的正常起搏点,在心脏传导系统中自律性最高,窦房结细胞自发性动作电位是其自律性产生的基础。钾离子通道种类多,结构复杂,相应钾电流对窦房结细胞自律性的维持发挥重要作用,现就近年国内外对窦房结细胞钾离子通道及电生理特性研究进展作一综述。
