基于LabVIEW的PMSM伺服驱动器检测设备的设计

摘要 PMSM伺服驱动器性能的优劣直接影响着伺服系统的稳定工作,本文针对某产品PMSM伺服驱动器工作性能和测试要求,设计了基于Lab VIEW的PMSM伺服驱动器检测设备,该系统在PMSM伺服驱动器动态运行的过程中,对驱动器进行指令控制,并将驱动器运行状态时的重要性能指标实时记录并存储,通过对实时数据的分析来定位驱动器产生故障的位置。该测试设备使用简单便捷,不需要传统的仪器设备就可以将故障定位,不仅提高了测试效率和测试准确度,还扩大了使用人群的范围,具有良好的实用性和推广性,目前该检测设备已成功应用于某厂产品检修线上。 Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servo drive directly affects the stability of servo system. This paper aiming at the product PMSM servo drive performance and testing requirements, designed the PMSM servo drive detection equipment based on LabVIEW, the system in the PMSM servo drive process dynamic operation, control commands to drive, the important performance recording and storage, to locate the driver generates the fault by analyzing the real time data location. The test equipment is simple and convenient, don't need the traditional equipment can be fault location, not only improve the testing efficiency and the testing accuracy, but also expand the scope of the use of the population, has good practicability and popularization, now the testing equipment is successfully applied in a factory product maintenance line.
