摘要
本研究旨在评定饲喂颗粒料的1~21日龄网上平养肉鸡色氨酸需要量.选用1日龄AA+商品代肉鸡雌、雄各2 500只,分别随机分成5个处理组,每个处理5个重复.饲喂玉米-豆粕-棉粕-玉米蛋白粉型基础饲粮,添加L-色氨酸使各处理饲粮色氨酸实测水平分别为0.176%、0.203%、0.220%、0.241%和0.281%,测定1~21日龄肉鸡生产性能.结果:日粮色氨酸水平和肉鸡性别对肉鸡生产性能具有显著影响(P<0.05).色氨酸水平与雄性肉鸡料重比呈现显著负相关(P<0.05),与雄性肉鸡采食量和增重呈现二次曲线关系(P<0.05);色氨酸水平与雌性肉鸡采食量和增重呈现二次曲线关系(P<0.05).结论:饲喂颗粒料且平养的情况下,1~21日龄雄、雌性肉鸡总色氨酸需要量高于肉鸡育种公司的推荐量.
This study was conducted to determine tryptophan requirement of broilers at fed by crumble-pellet diet reared on plastic slatted floors. 2 500 1-day-old AA+ male and 2 500 AA+ female broilers were randomly allocated into 5 groups (5 replicates, 50 chickens for each replicate). Corn-Soybean meal-Corn gluten meal diets (crumble-Pellet Feed) containing 0.176%,0.203%,0.220%,0.241% and 0.281% Trp consisting of 0.176% basis Trp and additional Crystal L-Trp were provided. Growth performances of broilers were determined. The results showed that dietary Trp levels significantly affected the performances (P〈0.05). Male feed conversion was negatively while male feed intake was quadratically correlated to Trp levels (P〈0.05),and female bodyweight gain and feed intake was quadratically correlated to Trp levels (P〈0.05) also. The current study suggested that the Trp requirement of broilers fed by pellet feed should be higher than the level recommended by the broiler breeder company.
