摘要
以亚磷酸、衣康酸(IA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为反应单体,水为溶剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成了具有相对较低分子量的膦酰基羧酸类共聚物阻垢剂。考察了合成条件与共聚物阻垢性能的关系,采用静态试验法评价了合成产物的阻垢性能。结果表明:膦酰基羧酸类共聚物阻垢剂性能优良,阻垢率达到96%以上,可有效抑制Ca CO3垢。
The scale inhibitors of phosphoryl carboxylic acid terpolymer with relatively low molecular weight are prepared from phosphoric acid, itaconic acid and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid in water phase by using persulfate ammonium as initiator. The relationship of synthesis conditions and scale inhibition of terpolymer is investigated. The scale inhibition ability is evaluated by static experimental method. The results show that the terpolymer has excellent performance of scale inhibition, the scale inhibition rate of calcium carbonate is above 90%, which can effectively inhibit calcium carbonate scale.
