超声抽提酸沉淀螺旋藻蛋白制取生物质油的研究

摘要 为提高螺旋藻利用效率,采用先提取螺旋藻的主要成分蛋白,再利用催化加氢技术脱去蛋白的N,S,O元素,重组蛋白的碳链形成烃类化合物即生物质油的方法。将质量分数为10%的藻泥溶液,经600 W功率超声破碎10 min后以稀硫酸调节溶液p H值至4.0,离心分离后烘干沉淀得到藻蛋白,经过高温高压催化加氢处理得到生物质油,最高产率为40%。产物生物质油为透明状液体,热值45.3 k J/g,C,H元素的总质量分数为97.7%,而且产率有进一步提高的空间。 In order to improve the utilization efficiency of spirulina, algae protein is extracted firstly, catalytic hydrogenation technology then is used. So elements N, S and 0 are removed, and carbon chain is recombined. Hydrocarbon compounds are formed during this recombination. Algae protein is obtained through centrifugal separation and drying after algae solution is ultrasoniced with 600 W and the pH is adjusted to 4. 0 by adding sulphuric acid. Bio-oil is got via catalytic hydrogenation processing with high temperature and high pressure. The highest bio-oil production rate is 40%. As transparent liquid, calorific value is 45.3 kJ/g, and the total content of C, H elements reaches to 97.7% and the yield has space to be further improved.
