摘要
以新鲜山苍子为原料,通过水蒸气蒸馏法、超声波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取山苍子精油.以山苍子精油为实验材料,测定其对猪油的抗氧化作用,并通过对DPPH·的清除实验以及超氧阴离子自由基清除实验,研究山苍子精油的抗氧化能力.实验结果表明,超声波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法可以提高山苍子精油的得率.此外,山苍子精油具有较好的抗氧化作用,能抑制猪油氧化,且抗氧化效果与添加量有关,加入0.25、1、4g山苍子精油的猪油过氧化值在15d后为20.16、17.31、13.62meq/kg,此时空白样的过氧化值达到60.54meq/kg.山苍子精油能有效清除DPPH·和超氧阴离子自由基,清除率分别达到81.35%和58.22%.
With fresh litsea cubeba(Lour) pers as raw material,the essential oil was extracted by water stream evaporation and ultrasonic-assisted water stream evaporation methods.The antioxidant effect on lard was studied with the obtained samples by contrast with blank.Then we studied the antioxidation on litsea cubeba essential oil by the test of DPPH free radical and superoxide anion free radical quenching.The result was obtained as follow:Litsea cubeba essential oil had a great antioxidant effect on lard and antioxidant had effects with addition.The peroxide value by adding 0.25,1,4 g litsea cubeba essential oil turned to 20.16,17.31,13.62 meq/kg after 15 days.At this time,the blank sample peroxide value reached 60.54 meq/kg.DPPH free radical and the superoxide anion free radical quenched quickly by using litsea cubeba essential oil.The quenching rate of it reached 81.35% and58.22% respectively.The study provided theoretical basis to the development and utilization of litsea cubeba essential oil.
