火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定电缆绝缘护套中的镉

Determination of Cadmium in Isolation and Sheathing of Cables by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 采用干法灰化分解试样,在稀硝酸介质中,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定电缆绝缘护套中镉的含量,建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定电缆绝缘护套中镉含量的方法。经过对不同的电缆和护套样品的测试,结果表明:镉在0.0023~4.00μg/mL (r=0.9990)范围内呈良好的线性关系, RSD≤4.3%,检出限为0.0008μg/mL,回收率在96.9%~102.8%之间。该法操作简便、快速,检出限低,选择性好。 A method for determination of cadmium in isolation and sheathing of cables by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established, using dry ashing sample decomposition in dilute nitric acid medium. Through the different sample testing to isolation and sheathing of cables, the experiment indicated that this method was easy to carry out, the precision and sensitivity were high, and the selectivity was good as well. Cd(Ⅱ) had good linear relationship in the range of 0. 002 3~4. 00 μg/mL(r=0. 9990). RSD was below 4. 3% and recovery was in the range of 96. 9% ~102. 8% and detection limit was 0. 000 8 μg/mL.
