芒硝型盐岩卤水真空蒸发制盐可生产盐和硫酸钠两种产品,粒度、纯度是产品质量的重要指标。本文理论分析了影响产品质量的多种因素,并结合实际,优化工艺操作方式,采用先进设备,实现了提高产品纯度、增大产品粒度的质量目标。

Glauber type brine vacuume vaporated salt can produce two kinds of products of salt and sodium, and the particle size and purity of products were important quality indicators. A variety of factors that affected the quality of products were theoretically analyzed. Combined with the actual practice, process operation was optimized, and using the advanced equipment, product purity and increased granularity were improved.
