提高师范生化学教育实习质量的几点思考

目前一些师范类本科院校化学教育实习中存在教育实习模式过于单一,实习时间不尽合理,以及实习生专业知识不够扎实,缺乏教学技能和专业技能等问题。为提高化学教育实习质量,可以从教育实习模式和时间上改革,同时强化实习生教学基本功锻炼,注重专业知识的学习和专业技能的规范化,以及加强实习成绩的考核和评定。

Several problems existed in chemical education practice in some normal colleges at present. The primary cause was that education practice mode was too single, education practice time was not reasonable fully, and trainees lacked professional knowledge and professional skills. For improving quality of chemical education practice, education practice mode and time should be reformed, and education basic skills, professional skills and professional knowledge should be stressed.
