摘要
蓝猪耳在雄蕊授粉过程中二长雄蕊存在翻转运动的现象.为了探讨蓝猪耳二长雄蕊运动的生理机制,研究外施植物生长物质及其相关抑制剂对翻转运动的作用.结果表明:GA3和NAA缩短开花后二长雄蕊至翻转结束时间分别为对照的49.1%和53.6%,GA合成抑制剂PAC和生长素运输抑制剂TIBA分别使该过程延长165.3%和59.6%.表明植物激素GA和生长素参与对蓝猪耳二长雄蕊的翻转运动的调控.
The didynamous of Torenia fournieri showed retroflexion during filament growth.To investigate the physi-ological mechanism of didynamous retroflexion of T.fournieri, we analyzed the effects of GA3 and NAA, as well as their inhibitors on didynamous retroflexion.The results showed that application of GA3 and NAA shortened the time of retroflexion to 49.1%and 53.6%of that of the control.Furthermore, application of inhibitors of GA biosynthe-sis and NAA transport, PAC and TIBA, delayed the time of retroflexion to 165.3%and 59.6%of that of the con-trol, which indicate that plant hormones, GA3 and NAA are involved in regulation of didynamous retroflexion of T. fournieri.
