摘要
研究了真空退火对TC4半成品板材的显微组织、拉伸性能的影响,为冷轧加工提供最佳的塑性性能的退火工艺,并测定真空退火的去氢效果,选择最优的退火工艺,为后续冷轧加工塑性变形提供了有利条件。
Effect of vacuum annealing on the microstructure, tensile properties of TC4 semi finished sheet was studied so as to provide the best plasticity annealing process for cold rolling. And in order to provide the favorable conditions for the subsequent cold rolling plastic deformation,the dehydrogenation effect by vacuum annealing was determined, the most optimum annealing process was selected.
