In the waterless whole dielectric strength test of No .30 generator unit in the underground plant of Three Gor-ges hydropower station , defect is found in the body of insulation box .Treatment measures are proposed to replace the in-sulation box in-situ.Dielectric strength test shows a satisfying performance of the replaced box .
