摘要
【目的】优化番石榴叶多酚的提取工艺条件,为其开发与利用提供参考依据。【方法】以番石榴叶为材料,在单因素试验基础上选择乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间、提取温度等4个因素进行正交试验,探讨其对番石榴叶多酚提取效果的影响。【结果】影响番石榴叶多酚提取效果的因素顺序为:乙醇体积分数>料液比>提取时间>提取温度,其最佳提取工艺条件为:以80%乙醇为提取溶剂,在料液比1∶3、50℃条件下提取2.5 h,番石榴叶中多酚含量为6.702mg/g。【结论】乙醇回流浸提法具有成本低、易操作、溶剂用量少等优点,是提取番石榴叶多酚的有效方法。
【Objective 】The extraction condition of polyphenol from guava leaf was optimized in order to provide references for its exploitation and utilization. 【 Method 】 Using guava leaf as material, the orthogonal experiment was done by choosing volume fraction of ethanol, material-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature on the basis of single factor experiment, and the effect on the extraction of polyphenols from guava leaf was explored.【Result 】The sequence of influencing factors of polyphenol extraction from guava leaf was ethanol volume percentagematerial-liquid ratio extraction time extraction temperature. The best extraction conditions were 80 % ethanol, the material-liquid ratio of 1 ∶3, the extraction temperature of 50 ℃ and duration of 2.5 h, under which the polyphenol content of guava leaf was 6. 702 mg / g. 【 Conclusion 】 Due to its low cost, easy operation and little solvent, refluxing ethanol extraction was an effective method for extracting polyphenols in guava leaf.
