摘要
【目的】针对农村现代远程教育的相关配套支撑技术开展综合研究,以期为同类项目建设提供参考。【方法】分析农村现代远程教育支撑技术,并举例说明其在现实中的应用情况,指导远程教育各项工作的开展。【结果】农村现代远程教育支撑技术主要包括课件资源建设技术、非线性编辑系统技术、课件资源远程传播载体形式及远程传输和接收技术等。课件资源建设需把握好选题策划和摄制等环节;非线性编辑系统的设计应做好硬件系统设计和软件系统设计;课件资源远程传播技术可分为VCD/DVD多媒体光盘制作技术和网络流媒体技术;课件资源传播主要依靠"天网"和"地网";根据各地经济发展情况、信息网络基础设施建设水平、接收站点人口分布和密集程度及所属区域的不同,远程教育终端的接受模式也不同。【建议】参与农村现代远程教育各领域、各项工作的单位和个人应对涉及的各项技术进行全面深入了解和掌握,并在实际工作中科学地遵循相关标准、技术来操作,达到小投入大产出的效果,进一步推进农业科技远程培训的数字化进程。
【Objective】The related supporting technologies for modern distance education in rural areas were comprehensively studied in order to provide references for similar projects. 【Method】The supporting technologies for modern distance education in rural areas were analyzed, and their application in practice was illustrated so as to provide guidance for distance education related work. 【 Result 】 The supporting technologies for modern distance education in rural areas mainly included courseware resources construction, design of digital non-linear editing system, carrier forms,transmission and receiving technologies of courseware resources remote communication, etc. In the courseware resources construction, the topic planning and production should be emphasized. In the design of digital non-linear editing system, hardware and software system should be well designed. Courseware resources remote communication technologies could be divided into VCD/DVD multimedia CD-ROM production technology and network streaming media technology,and courseware resources spreading mainly relied on the "network" and "grid". According to the regional economic development situation, the information network infrastructure construction level, the intensive degree of population distribution and regions at different receiving sites, the acceptance model of distance education terminal was different. 【Suggestion】In order to further promote the digital process of agricultural science and technology remote training, the units and individuals participated in modern distance education in rural areas should be understood and the related technologies should be mastered comprehensively and deeply. To achieve high output with small investment, the relevant standards and techniques in practical work should be scientifically followed.
