Study on the Three-Dimensional Multi-index Model Evaluation System for University Teachers——An Empirical Survey of Guangdong University Teachers

我国教育制度改革对高校教师专业化发展提出了更高的要求。通过对高校教师评价机制现状的实证调查,分析了存在的问题和不足之处,探索构建一个基于组织变化、学科(专业)、职业发展因素的三维多元评价体系及指标模型。
