进一步推动GMS合作升级 共建21世纪海上丝绸之路

Upgrading GMS Cooperation for Jointly Building 21st Century Marine Silk Road

共建21世纪海上丝绸之路与大湄公河次区域(GMS)国家有直接联系。20多年来,GMS国家已经在多个合作机制中取得了进展。本文就推动GMS合作升级,共建21世纪海上丝绸之路提出了建议。

Jointly building the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road has direct connection with the Greater Mekong Sub-region Economic Cooperation（GMS）. During the past 20 years,GMS has achieved a progress in the multiple cooperation mechanism. This article proposed several suggestions to how to promote the GMS cooperation and the21 st Century Maritime Silk Road.
