打造中国—东盟自由贸易区升级版,客观上需要更便捷、更高效的金融服务作为支撑。广西建设沿边金融综合改革试验区,就是要发挥广西作为中国—东盟合作平台和沿海、沿边的独特优势,在人民币国际化进程中先行先试,通过实施沿边金融工程、跨境金融工程、产业金融工程、普惠金融工程、农村金融工程、地方金融工程等六大金融工程建设,努力提升投资贸易便利化水平,助推中国—东盟自由贸易区升级版打造。

The upgraded version of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,objectively speaking,requires for more convenient and efficient financial services as its support. Guangxi’s construction of the experimental area for the comprehensive financial reform along its the border is to bring into full play Guangxi’s position as the bridgehead between China and ASEAN countries and its unique advantages along the coast and the border,It should take the first trial in the process of RMB internationalization. Through the implementation of the construction for six financial engineering,which are along-border financial engineering,cross-border financial engineering,industry financial engineering,inclusive financial engineering,rural financial engineering,and local financial engineering,efforts are made to improve the facilitation level of investment and trade and to boost the upgraded construction of ChinaASEAN Free Trade Area.
