Technology spillovers routes of multinational corporations R＆D localization in China include simulation effect,competition effect,training effect and connection effect.For improving technology spillover effects,efforts can be done from following aspects：increasing the input on scientific researches,and emphasizing foundation research;improving the competition mechanism,and promoting the competition among multinational companies;enhancing the R＆amp;D centralization between local and multinational companies;deepening the connection among industries.
