摘要
在商务英语新闻语篇中,常应用一语双关的修辞手段使语言简洁精炼,富有内涵,发人深省。逻辑学不但是修辞学的基础,也是翻译学的基础。从逻辑修辞学的角度研究商务英语新闻语篇语义双关语的汉译,能促使信、达、雅的译事原则得以实现。
Puns are commonly employed in the news discourses of business English,which makes the language concise,refined,connotative and thought-provoking.Logic is the basis of translation as well as rhetoric.This paper studies the E-C translation of semantic puns in the news discourses of business English from the perspective of logic-rhetoric.
