摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病外周血管疾病( PAD)与空腹血清生长抑素( FSS)水平的关系。方法根据踝臂指数(ABI),将2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者120例分为无外周动脉病变组(非PAD组,82例,ABI值为1.0~1.4)和外周动脉病变组(PAD组,38例,ABI<0.9)2组,另选40例体检健康组作为对照组,采用免疫法检测血清FSS水平。结果PAD组FSS、舒张压、高密度脂蛋白比非PAD组患者明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但年龄、病程、收缩压、GH、血清三酰甘油、肌酐、低密度脂蛋白均比非PAD组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、收缩压、舒张压、FSS、TG、低密度脂蛋白是2型糖尿病PAD密切相关的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论FSS与PAD密切相关,2型糖尿病PAD组与2型糖尿病非PAD组比较, FSS明显降低,考虑SS可能为2型糖尿病PAD的保护因素。
Objective To investigate the correlation between peripheral artery diseases ( PAD) and fasting serum levels of somatostatin (FSS) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods According to ankle brachial index (ABI),120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into group A without peripheral artery diseases ( n =82,ABI:1.0-1.4) and group B with peripheral artery diseases ( n =38,ABI〈0.9),and 40 healthy subjects were enrolled as control group.The levels of FSS were detected by immunization method in the three groups.Results The levels of FSS, diastolic pressure,high densitv lipoprotein were significantly decreased in group B,as compared with those in group A ( P〈0.05), however,the age, course of disease, systolic pressure, GH, serum triacylglycerol, creatinine, low density lipoprotein were significantly increased in group B,as compared with those in group A ( P〈0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,FSS,triacylglycerol,low density lipoprotein were the closely related influencing factors with peripheral artery diseases in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus ( OR=1.010,1.155,1.238,1.829,2.112,4.742, respectively, P〈0.05).Conlusion Somatostatin is closely correlated to PAD,the somatostatin levels in diabetic patients with peripheral artery diseases are significantly lower than those of diabetic patients without peripheral artery diseases,thereby, somatostatin may be a protective factor for peripheral artery disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
