机械加工中的工件往往造型各异,有时会出现具有多种复杂形状和多种角度面组成的零件。铣削加工这类带角度的形面一般应该制作专门的夹具或者利用专用虎钳等,对于斜面的铣削加工来说,一般具有装夹困难、不易校正和不易测量等特点,而且有时还要进行一些工艺路线的设定与计算;因此,斜面加工是机械加工中的重要内容。本文就其中比较典型的加工方法进行了讲解,以机械加工中普通铣床为例介绍了几种常用加工方法。
