摘要
针对拨叉体类零件种类繁多、形状不规则和加工效率低的问题,设计了一种钻径向孔的可调钻模。详细介绍了钻模的设计原理,给出了钻模的结构设计,说明了钻模使用的注意事项和钻模产生的经济效益。研究结果表明,该钻模结构简单,适用性强,降低了专用夹具的制造费用,在提高产品加工效率的同时降低了产品的加工成本。
In view of the fork phyletic and various body parts,irregular shape,the problem of low efficiency of process-ing,designed a kind of radial drill hole adjustable jig.Introduced the design principle of the diamond,the structure design of drilling jig,pointed out that the matters needing attention of jig using jig to produce economic benefits.Results showed that the drill jig for simple structure,strong applicability,reduced the manufacturing cost of special fixture,at the same time, improved the efficiency of product processing,and reduced the processing costs of the product.
