摘要
以强制间歇式沥青混凝土搅拌设备控制系统为对象,对其进行了基于上位计算机组态监控系统+PLC现场总线控制系统的总体结构设计,并阐述了控制系统硬件设计思路,完成了上位机组态监控界面和PLC控制软件的设计。
Taking enforced and intermittent asphalt concrete mixing plant control as subject,the general structure de-sign based on host computer configuration monitoring system and fieldbus control system were done,hardware design way of control system was presented,and design of host computer asphalt monitoring interface and PLC control software were finished.
