现代有轨电车轨道结构关键参数研究 被引量:12

摘要 随着我国现代有轨电车的兴建,不同的轨道结构均得到应用。对国外引进的现代有轨电车技术需要进行消化吸收再创新,关键之一是要对轨道结构的静力和动力特性进行深入研究。本文利用有限元法,建立弹性地基梁-板模型分析了道床板长度、厚度、扣件刚度以及基础刚度等参数对结构受力的影响。分析结果表明,现代有轨电车双层轨道结构的道床板厚度不宜超过0.3m,扣件刚度宜取50~100kN/mm,基础面刚度宜取60~130MPa/m。 Along with the construction of modern tram,different track structures have been applied in our country. T he introduced foreign modern tram technology are needed to be absorbed and innovated and the key point is the thorough study of the static and dynamic characteristics of track structure. T his paper built a flexible beam-slab model to analyze the influence of the parameters including slab length,thickness,fastener stiffness and foundation stiffness on the structure stress by using the finite element method. The analysis results showed that the slab thickness of modern tram double track structure should not be over 0. 3m,the fastener stiffness should be in 50 -100 kN/mm and the base surface stiffness should in 60 -130 MPa/m .
