老年呼吸困难患者血清N-端脑利钠肽前体水平变化及意义 被引量：3

摘要 呼吸困难是临床上老年患者就诊最常见的症状之一,心源性如充血性心力衰竭（CHF）、肺源性如慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是其常见原因。本研究检测老年呼吸困难患者血清N-端脑利钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）水平,探讨其对于鉴别心源性与肺源性呼吸困难的意义。
