多中心软性输尿管镜下钬激光治疗肾盏结石541例 被引量:2

摘要 随着腔内碎石技术的发展,绝大部分经药物保守治疗无效或体外震波碎石(ESWL)失败的肾盏结石患者可通过内腔镜技术治愈[1],其中经皮肾镜碎石取石术(PCNL)是较常用的方法。但是PCNL并发症较多,尤其是术中或术后会发生大出血。2010年10月~2013年10月,我们采用多中心软性输尿管镜下钬激光治疗肾盏结石541例,取得了较好疗效。现报告如下。
