摘要
介绍了首套国产全自动刨煤机工作面成套设备的工业性试验研究。经过4个阶段,近20项的试验,该成套设备突破了强韧性极难刨煤层的开采技术和开采工艺,取得了最大小时产量380 t,最大班产量900 t的成绩,实现了成套设备的自动化运行,达到了预期的研发目标和设计要求,为后续刨煤机的改进与提高积累了丰富的经验。
This paper introduces the first set of industrial test and research on domestic automatic plough system. The set of equipment break the plough mining method which contain the mining process of the strength and toughness coal mine which is very difficult to plough via four stages and dozens of test. It achieved a maximum output of 380 tons for one hour and a maximum output of 900 tons for one class and realized automatic mining. The set of equipment can satisfy the expected study target and design requirements. Plenty of experience for the improvement and enhancement of the plough is accumulated.
