液压元件综合试验台的研制

Development of Hydraulic Component Synthetical Test-bench

为满足液压系统研发的需要,研制了液压元件综合试验台。介绍了该试验台的主要功能、系统组成及台架设计,分析、总结了液压试验的工况特点及各试验回路的设计。经过安装调试,本试验台满足了用户在驱动、调节能力、测试精度、效率、可靠性、节能和成本等方面的要求。

In order to satisfy the demand of hydraulic system＇s research and development, the hydraulic component synthetical test bench is developed. This paper introduces the main functions, system composition and bench design of the test bench. The operation mode features of the hydraulic test and the design of test circuits are also analyzed and summarized. After the installation and adjustment, the test bench satisfies the user＇s needs in driver, adjustment ability, test accuracy, test efficiency, reliability and cost, etc.
