摘要
基于对某公司生产的YZ型圆振动筛的研究,精确建立了该振动筛三自由度的力学模型及其振动微分方程,通过理论推导得出其稳态解的解析表达式。运用状态空间法在Matlab/Simulink模块中建立其仿真模型,通过实例仿真得到该振动筛质心在3个自由度方向上的位移曲线及其质心处的运动轨迹;仿真结果同时也验证了理论推导的正确性。研究结果可为设计出结构简单、筛分高效的振动筛提供一定的理论依据。
Based on the research of a company's production YZ circular vibrating screen. Accurately established the mechanical model of the vibrating screen three degrees of freedom and the vibration differential equation. Through the theory derived the analytical expression of the steady state solution. By using state space method in the simulink module to establish the simulation model,Get the vibrating Screen's center of mass of displacement curve in the direction of the three degrees of freedom and its trajectory. At the same time verified the validity of the theoretical derivation. The results for design of simple structure, Screening efficiency's vibrating screen provide certain theoretical basis.
