摘要
应用离散元法模拟水平螺旋输送机输送过程,并进行动力学仿真,研究不同工况对螺旋输送机性能的影响。通过分析得出了颗粒在螺旋输送机中的输送过程;传输过程中颗粒的分布情况;不同转速或不同填充率时螺旋输送机中质量流率和功率的变化规律。
The discrete element method for modeling the transmitting procedure of horizontal screw conveyer is introduced,by which those effects arising from different working condition can be checked with dynamic simulation.By analysis,the transmitting procedure of the particle in the screw conveyer and distribution of the particle during the transmitting procedure is discussed.The change rule of mass flow rate and power in the screw conveyer is analysed with different revolving speed or different filling rate.
