煤矿车辆防爆柴油机与液力变矩器匹配方法的研究 被引量:4

摘要 在分析煤矿防爆液力传动车辆防爆柴油机和液力变矩器匹配选型设计方法基础上,推导出了防爆柴油机和液力变矩器匹配功率、匹配扭矩计算公式,进一步提出了用解析法求解二者共同工作特性的方法,并以WC8E煤矿井下防爆无轨胶轮车为例进行了分析计算,验证了文中提出的计算方法,同时与井下工业性试验数据对比分析。结果表明:该计算方法方便、准确,更适合计算机编程计算,能够很好地对煤矿液力传动防爆车辆动力传动系统进行匹配分析计算。 Based on the matching design method analysis of explosion-proof diesel engine and hydraulic torque converter of hydrodynamic transmission vehicles in coal mine, the calculation formula of matching power and torque of explosion-proof diesel engine and hydraulic torque converter were educed, the solving method of cooperating characteristic were advanced by analysis. In addition, it takes WC8E underground explosion-proof rubber-tired vehicle to verify the proposed calculation method, and compared with the mine industrial test data. The results show that the method is convenient and accurate, which suitable for computer programming, and the method can be of very feasibility on the matching analysis and calculation of hydrodynamic transmission vehicles in coal mine.
