摘要
为提高气动设备动态配气系统的工作性能,基于PID控制策略通过气流质量流量比的精确调控,设计了一种动态双气路配气控制系统。通过Simulink仿真表明,新控制系统相比于传统的配气控制系统具有更好的响应速度与稳定性。
In order to improve the working performance of dynamic distribution system on pneumatic equipment, the dynamic double-loop gas distribution control system is designed based on PID control algorithm and Precise controlling of the air mass flow ratio. The control system is simulated in Simulink, the results show that the new control system compared to the traditional distribution control system has a faster response speed and better stability.
