摘要
为了研究矿井提升机轴毂过盈联接的可靠性,在建立2JK型号单绳缠绕提升机的轮毂与轴接触模型基础上,用有限元法计算轮轴接触区附近的应力,利用响应面法分析过盈量、摩擦系数对接触应力的影响规律。在建立轴毂过盈联接的概率模型基础上,利用六西格玛分析方法评估过盈联接可靠性。
The finite element method was used to build a contact model of the assembly of the main shaft in 2JK single-rope hoist for reliability of interface fit. The law of stress distribution is gained. response surface method is applied to analysis influence of interference, the coefficient of friction on the contact stresses . the probabilistie model of interference of coupling hub is established, Six Sigma analysis methods is used to assess reliability of interference connection.
